Dr. Miguel A. Ortiz has an extensive and comprehensive education and experience in dentistry. He completed his speciality training at one of the most prestigious prosthodontic programs in the country at UIC to become a surgically-trained prosthodontist. Even before he began dental school, he attended one of the only dental technician training programs in the country and worked as a dental technician for 7 years. This early training as a dental technician gives him advanced knowledge in dental materials as well as highly-refined hand skills.
